Background

Set up at the Tribunal of 1094, this Summer covenant is yet to make it's mark upon the politics of the Tribunal. A stone wall protects a central stone keep containing the Magi's laboratories and sancti. Set on a wooded hill in the rainswept heathland of the moor, Carrion Moor is a bleak and cheerless place. As yet the covenant has little a fair library and vis sources. It is known that the moors are home to many fae, and the magi can obtain some supplies of Auram and Animal vis from there. There is also supposed to be a 'witch tree', which is said to bleed blood rather than sap when you cut it. This tree is a source of Corporem vis. This relatively young covenant has only a few grogs, lead by an able but inexperienced Castellan. Morale here is fair, but fear of a Black Beast that haunts the moors continues to hamper patrols.

Recent history

With superb contacts within the southern port cities, Carrion Moor has a considerable network of trade contacts and informants. A trade agreement with Narwold has allowed both covenants to exploit the markets of London and even overseas. This has led to a rapid period of building work and expansion. A village has sprung up around the base of the hill and some of the woodland has been cleared for houses and farming.

Library

There is no visitor's library, but the magi are eager to exchange knowledge with other covenants.
