Description
High stone towers set in the Cambian mountains make this covenant both remote and inaccessable in winter. The location is harsh and the grogs that survive must become so. Carannog has taken over the role of Castellan and has played a strong role in the covenant's progression to Summer. Morale is now strong, the men following the word of Castellan with loyalty and trust. Blywydden has improved something of its relations with the mundanes, and this has aided the covenant's mundane resources and grog recruitment.
Background
Blywyddan has finally managed to pass from spring to summer. Traditionally short of mundane resources, often food, this covenant has nearly collapsed several times - not helped by the spate of wizard's war in 1056 which reduced the number of original magi from five to three. The mountain upon which Blywydden was built is said to be a sleeping earth elemental which will one day rise up, but the magi there appear unconvinced. There was a network of caves through the mountain, but they collapsed during the conflict. Eloria, who joined the covenant from Blackthorn, has made many changes to the covenant's operation, and effectively acts as the senior maga.
Major attributes
The site is exceptionally rich in Terram, but only a few pawns are harvested each year as none of the magi require it for their studies. With Eloria's hand at the wheel the magi are cooperating better and more vis is being harvested as a result. There is still no visitors' library, but magi are now more welcome to come and visit.
Visitors' library
None.
